Late yesterday I discovered my sewer line was backing up into my basement. I'd never experienced that before and it was very upsetting. I found RupCoe on Angie's list and saw several favorable reviews. I called them about 8:15 this morning and spoke to Sherita (not sure if that's the right spelling). She was wonderful. Originally she said the earliest opening was a 3 to 7pm window. I jumped at it. She called back 30 minutes later to say she could have someone there between 10 and 2. Great!!! Angelo arrived shortly before noon, surveyed the situation and told me what he thought needed to be done. He explained it clearly and thoroughly, including possible pitfalls (none of which were a surprise to me....my house is 90 years old and the problem line was probably original cast iron in less than stellar condition). Angelo gave me an estimate which I thought was very acceptable, so he started work immediately. Within 90 minutes I had functioning plumbing again. Thanks to Angelo and Rupcoe, I can sleep tonight. I need more work on the old plumbing and will definitely call on them again to do it.
