This is our second experience with bed bugs, unfortunately. Last time we picked a firm that advertised "natural" methods using steam. They did use steam on the coach, but they soaked our bedroom with poison, and barely grunted when we asked for explanations. We had to have them come back twice, since they did such a bad job.
This time around I was determined to get someone better, and positive pest came recommended by another exterminator. The guy who came was courteous and explained everything. He was extremely through, and sprayed in all crevices. When he was all done, the apartment was cleaner than when he came in, because he swept and vacuumed, too! I also really liked the list of what we had to do, that really helped us to prepare, and has been invaluable in educating our downstairs tenants in how to avoid getting the bedbugs back again.
