My wife and I believed we had an immaculately clean and tidy apartment and were extremely shocked (after my son and wife were bitten) to find we had a bedbug problem during the winter. We treated our home with a pest control company and I was a bit apprehensive in regards to their treatment. It turns out I was right, after a few months, the problems returned and was worse.
Positive Pest Management was recommended to my wife and me after having unsuccessful winter treatment with that other company. Positive Pest Management emailed us a preparation list before treatment. It contained instructions (some important prerequisites that help facilitate the treatment process) to prep our apartment for proper treatment. They even offered contacts for service companies that specialize in pest control pre-treatment prepping, and laundry pickup and fumigation. After prepping our apartment, a specialist arrived, meticulously inspected the rooms and furniture for problem areas. The treatment process was rigorous, where every opening, seam, crack and crevice was thoroughly treated. I was surprised how well the treatment was because of my last experience, and even learned of problem areas that I wouldn’t have expected otherwise. I would recommend Positive Pest Management for any New Yorker who is trying to find the right solution to their bedbug problem.
