Review content:
I had lower back pain all the time. It hurt to do simple life things such as dishes, laundry and helping my child strap into their car seats. I also had to stop my active lifestyle because of pain. Now I am back to yoga, running and just playing with my children. I have learned how to take care of myself now more using squats to do things to help prevent disc injury again.
