When I started my treatment at Meadows Family Chiropractic part of my body was motionless; especially my neck and back. Today I am able to do things I like to do without pain... Gardening, running, dancing, kickboxing and bending down to pick my little dog up. A million thanks to Dr. Jeremy and the staff for getting me back on track to a healthy body! more

When I went for the MRI, I didn't think I would get better. Then when Dr. Jeremy said he could treat my back without surgery I put my trust in him. I had prayed I would be in the right place and I wouldn't have to have surgery. I am amazed at how much better I feel. more

I have been treated for lower back pain and a lateral shift. The treatment results have been amazing from day one! I would recommend this to anyone as an alternative to surgery. When I first walked in to this office I was unable to tie my own shoes or put on socks. Now I do that with ease. After one week I no longer needed any prescription drugs for pain, anti-inflammatory or muscle relaxers. Thanks Dr. Meadows! more

I had lower back pain all the time. It hurt to do simple life things such as dishes, laundry and helping my child strap into their car seats. I also had to stop my active lifestyle because of pain. Now I am back to yoga, running and just playing with my children. I have learned how to take care of myself now more using squats to do things to help prevent disc injury again. more

The pain in my neck was constant with frequent headaches. My low back also hurt and I would have to ice my neck and low back once to twice a day. Today I am much better! My headaches are much less and I now have times during the day when my neck does not hurt. I no longer have to ice every day to help with the pain. I am finally starting to get better. more

I have had severe daily migraine headaches for at least 2+ years. I believe the decompression has made the most improvement. I am still very sensitive, and I still have really bad days. But I FINALLY have good days now too! It is particularly exciting to wake up without a headache! I have four moderately bulging cervical discs. I guess extreme pain from this is normal, but since I have been having chiropractic care at Meadows Family Chiropractic my range of motion has greatly improved. The stiffness is also improving (lessoning) and I am hopeful for continued healing. I am hoping to maintain my current status thru the summer via home traction, inversion table and regular exercises. Thank you for helping me identify what was happening with my body! more

I came to Meadows Family Chiropractic to be treated for a herniated disc in my lower back. I had tried PT, cortisone and ice/rest. Nothing seemed to help. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after 1 or 2 treatments I noticed a difference. After 6 or 7 treatments I was feeling great. I had a set back due to my own fault and not being careful enough. Dr. J and Jenny stayed very positive in getting me back to 100%. I have a hectic schedule and they were always accommodating. The best part of the treatment is how relaxing they are. I constantly fell asleep, unless there was something good on ESPN, as they make sure the TV above the table you are on is tuned to your interests. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who knows how miserable back pain can be. more

When I started spinal decompression treatments I was having severe lower back pain the majority of the time. I was just about at the point of being disabled and probably actually was. I just had to keep pushing myself to continue to do my job. My level of focus was poor from the pain. I was a little skeptical about treatment, but I felt it was my best option. I did not want to have surgery. Chiropractic treatments helped some, but there was no lasting relief. It took a few weeks to have much relief. I was very excited about treatment and what final results I may have. I went through eight weeks of treatment. Now I only have mild pain occasionally. What a relief! My focus is back. I feel like a new person! more

My experience here has really been amazing due to the staff with the most patience, compassion and professionalism. I always feel that my best interest is in their hearts. Dr. Meadows is calm and gentle with his treatment. Even though recovery is slower than I wish for the doctor stays very positive and encouraging as well as taking the time to educate me on my condition with visual aids. I love it here and I would recommend this group to anyone and everyone I know in need. :) more

When I started with Dr. Jeremy and Dr. Leah; I was so used to living with back pain that I wasn't sure how I was supposed to feel after my first adjustment. I was so amazed at how I felt that I knew I was in the right place. I trusted Dr. Jeremy with my care after that. I had never gone a day without back pain until I started here. Today, I am able to do activities that I couldn't do because of back pain. I am almost 100% pain free. I can't believe that I hadn't found chiropractic care before. After going through 3 months of office visits and at home traction and excersises, I feel amazing. Thank you to Dr J and Dr L, and a special thank you to Kayla, Kaylin, and Jenny. I am a new person! more

My motherhas a problem in her back and we consulted a doctor but its too expensive to buy all the medicine and avail the treatments. So we try this alterntive way that my sister been telling us about this Meadows Family Chiropractic but unfortunately it worsen my mom's condition. This time its costs more than a visit to the doctor. more

When I started coming in, my lower back was hurting badly. It was stiff and every day activities were difficult. This all started shortly before coming in for adjustments. Prior to that, my back had no real noticable problems but my neck was cracking often. Today I feel much better. Back pain seldomly occurs and when it does, it is not bad. Neck cracks some still but has become less stiff. In most all cases, I feel much better. more

Meadows Family Chiropractic is the best. 11/16/2011

Sore lower and upper back, tense neck and it was very sore. Head to sit for long periods of time, especially at a desk. I am doing much better. My back still gets a little sore and so does my neck, but not as much as before. It occurs a lot less often too. :-) Meadows Family Chiropractic is the best. more

The muscles in my neck and back are so much more relaxed 11/14/2011

I was wondering if I would ever know life without constant pain again. Headaches, neck pain, permanent knots in my upper and low back, and ribs that constantly slipped out of place. And the need for Vicodin to control it disturbed me a lot. So happy to have finally found the last piece of the puzzle. Way less pain medication needed, and the tension headaches are mostly gone now. No morning headaches now 11/10/2011

Worst problem, constant headache upon awakening. Chronic shoulder and knee and thumb pain due to arthritis. No morning headaches now, shoulders and knees and thumb still give pain. more
