I originally called Don H. on a Friday and made an appointment for the following Thursday. I received my other four bids early and was ready to make my decision because I was going out of town for a week, back a week and leaving again. I wanted to get my roof installed during the week that I was back. Reading the reviews on Angie's List and on the best roofing web site I really wanted a bid from Best. Aside from the comments previously mentioned I also went to the GAF web side. I called Don on the following Monday and he said he had a meeting Tuesday and would be able to see me after the meeting. He arrived at about 1:30 and left at about 3:30 with a signed contract. His thorough way of explaining everything and putting me at ease that I was getting a superior roofing system in the time frame that I wanted it done. He said he would do it and it was done. The crew was very polite and professional during the job. I am very pleased with my roof and would recommend Best Roofing with any reservations.
