Absolute thieves... Had a clogged pipe, first guy they sent broke it and still charged a service fee but forgot to mention he broke the line... 2nd guy showed rerouted the line and as he was finishing the job used caulk rather than mortar for the finishing around the brick leading outside. He never returned to fix it properly, lied more than once. The receptionist is the worst of them all, very rude unwilling to admit their mistakes. DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER worst company in Chattanooga!
