Absolute thieves... Had a clogged pipe, first guy they sent broke it and still charged a service fee but forgot to mention he broke the line... 2nd guy showed rerouted the line and as he was finishing the job used caulk rather than mortar for the finishing around the brick leading outside. He never returned to fix it properly, lied more than once. The receptionist is the worst of them all, very rude unwilling to admit their mistakes. DO NOT USE ROTO ROOTER worst company in Chattanooga! more

DEAR ROTO ROOTER CHATTANOOGA:\r \r ON YOUR 3RD TRIP TO THE SAME HOUSE WITHIN A COUPLE MONTHS TO CLEAR A DRAIN, YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOOK A LITTLE FURTHER INTO THE PROBLEM. IF ALL THE CLEAN-OUT DRAINS HAD BEEN OPENED AND EVERYTHING PROPERLY INVESTIGATED, MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE FOUND THAT THE SEWER PIPE WAS BROKEN COMPLETELY AWAY FROM OUR HOUSE!!!! PRETTY BAD WHEN A STAY AT HOME MOM FINDS IT HERSELF AFTER PAYING ROTO ROTTER ALMOST $500!!!! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO WORK FOR THEM! CALL SOMEONE ELSE! THEY BLAMED OUR CONSTANT BACK-UPS ON THE BRAND TOILET PAPER WE WERE USING!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! more

Absolutely horrible company. I was quoted $250 to pump a septic tank (as long as it was no deeper than one foot in the ground). Frank (pump truck driver) came out and said he located the tank and it was about two feet deep. Due to the depth a backhoe would be needed at an additional cost of $250. Backhoe arrived about one hour later. They dug where Frank said the tank was located. After digging two holes about three feet deep, no tank was located. Then they tried to get me to agree to them using a camera to locate the tank (added cost of $190). I told them no and if they could not located the tank they could leave and I would locate and call then back later....They found the tank in about five minutes. The tank was about six feet away from where Frank said it was and it was only twelve inches deep. They charged me $500. They refused to remove or discount the backhoe charge. I called the office and talked to Rob. Rob told be he would not remove or discount the backhoe charge and that I should be paying MORE since the pump truck had been there for such a long time. I called corporate and also filed a BBB complainant. Will see what happens next and then I will plan my next move. I will NEVER deal with this company again for any reason. more
