My wife and I were recently looking to relocate to south Austin due to career changes, and while looking for available homes, we got in contact with Katy Hall of Realty Austin. We worked with her from start to finish, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We provided her with the budget we were working with, our desired location, as well as the type of home we wanted, and she immediately came through with several promising listings. As soon as we came across the home we knew we wanted, Katy gave us all the advice necessary for putting an offer together to maximize the likelihood of the offer being accepted by the seller. Our offer was accepted the next day, and Katy was there to guide us through the rest of the process including the inspection, getting all of the utilities and insurance in order, and having everything ready for closing so there would be no problems the day of closing. While providing us assistance through the buying process, Katy wasn’t calling us every hour of every day, and she didn’t try to force us to make quick decisions by being pushy. Instead, she allowed us to make the decisions that were best for us and provided invaluable feedback to all of the questions and concerns we had along the way. It is evident from working with Katy that she is an expert in the Austin housing market and in real estate in general, and it was really comforting to have someone of her expertise on our side making sure every part of the process went smoothly. Katy was also very pleasant to interact with, and we highly recommend her to anyone needing to do business in the Austin housing market.\r
