I couldn't resist posting a rave review for Amy Bernhard! We had the pleasure of working with Amy in our search for our first house and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Amy was professional, caring, always available to answer our questions and walked us through the process every step of the way. Her genuine, honest personality won us over right away and we were happy to feel like we could not only count on her as a trustworthy agent but go to her at any time with questions and concerns. Because it was our first home, we had no idea what we were getting into! The emotional roller coaster was intense. But it was comforting to know that we were not alone. With the market the way it is in Austin, Amy gave us expert suggestions when we were interested in making an offer that made the difference in our offer being accepted. If she wouldn't have been so involved and on the ball, I have no doubt that we would not have the beautiful home we have today. I would recommend Amy to absolutely anyone looking for an agent.
