Cheri Martz was the obvious choice after we interviewed several prominent Austin realtors. Cheri is approachable, authentic, and in all ways professional. She had a vision for the sale of our house, and clearly communicated how to connect all of the dots to bring her strategy to a highly successful and happy conclusion. She sold our house in a day and we received an amount well over our asking price! \r

Cheri Martz was so effective at all aspects of our home sale, we asked her to represent us in our leisurely pursuit of purchasing a home. She knowledgeably steered us in smart directions, and advocated for us strongly in negotiations to get us not only what we wanted, but also what we needed, paying attention to details we would have never even considered without her direction. We could not have been better supported throughout the entire home sale and home purchase process.
