Terrible experience with them, I hope nobody else has the trouble I had. A 3 day job turned out to be a 2 week job. They make false promises and their lifetime warranty is a joke because they don't honor it! I wanted some minor body work done to my rear quarter panel and a new bumper installed. a week after the struggle to get my car back I was driving on 95N and my bumper diffuser fell off! Yes, it fell off. I called to complain and asked for them to make amends and honor their warranty...Nope not gonna happen. Always a story on how the people I need to talk to are not available and cant come to the phone. So now, I drive around bumper-less and need to spend more money on a new bumper and have that installed by an actual body shop not some joke of a place. They are an incompetent body shop. Installing something so simple as a bumper, apparently takes someone with more than a 10 IQ to mount it on and not have it fall off. STAY AWAY!
