3/2014...I needed a new bumper for my 2009 Toyota. Vince ordered it when I was there. It came in early the next day and I picked up later in the afternoon. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. They even offered me coffee and cookies. I have no complaints. more

After 2 weeks of messing with junkyard parts I now have my Acura back with new Factory parts. The Insurance Adjuster insisted on trying to ruin my vehicle and Coastal Collision refused to put worn-out rusted crap on my car...Thanks Guys!.......\r \r more

May have been the worst experience I've ever had at any business. The entire time I was in the office I felt like a piece of meat surrounded by hungry dogs. The only person I felt comfortable around was a guy named Jordan, who must have been gay. On top of this my car came back two different colors! Do not send your vehicle here! Since this happened I've heard nothing but bad things about this place. more

I had an awesome experience with coastal collision works. It wasn't even my fault and I hate that I got hit. their insurance covered my claim but the insurance company was a hassle. Tate is the guy in the front to see. He got everything covered and it all worked out. The repairs to my front quarter panel and the front part of my car looks better then when I bought it. they also buffed up the rest of my car and told me it was no charge. The owner of that whole place did a diminished value on my car and I got a check for $700 that I got to keep. it didn't take long and the repairs were done fast too. I didn't want my phone blowing up with updates so I just had them email me updates to my car and they did. There is no way that I can show thanks to them except posting this. I hope everyone reads this. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Tate! I will bring my car back to you! more

Terrible experience with them, I hope nobody else has the trouble I had. A 3 day job turned out to be a 2 week job. They make false promises and their lifetime warranty is a joke because they don't honor it! I wanted some minor body work done to my rear quarter panel and a new bumper installed. a week after the struggle to get my car back I was driving on 95N and my bumper diffuser fell off! Yes, it fell off. I called to complain and asked for them to make amends and honor their warranty...Nope not gonna happen. Always a story on how the people I need to talk to are not available and cant come to the phone. So now, I drive around bumper-less and need to spend more money on a new bumper and have that installed by an actual body shop not some joke of a place. They are an incompetent body shop. Installing something so simple as a bumper, apparently takes someone with more than a 10 IQ to mount it on and not have it fall off. STAY AWAY! more

While they had my car, I was updated regularly and when my car was complete... it was perfect. They even professionally detail free of charge. Well done. Very satisfied!
