Businiess name:  Mr Electric Of Phoenix Metro

Review content:
Our main breaker switch blew out on a Saturday night around 10 pm, and when it did, it started taking down the sub-breakers. Thankfully we had flashlights and cell phones. After finding Mr. Electric in the yellow pages and confirming at the Arizona Registrar of Contractor's webpage that it was a licensed, bonded company with no complaints lodged against it, we call Mr. Electric. Within 15 minutes of calling the office, the electrician, Justin Dam, called us back and talked us through shutting down our main breaker to minimize any further damage. He arrive shortly thereafter and assessed our problem. While he had the sub-breakers on his truck, he did not have the type of main breaker needed for our house (they do not go out all that often). Before he left for the night, he had thoughtfully offered us a loan of a long extension cord that allowed us to plug our refrigerator into our neighbor's outdoor outlet, which saved our food. Early on Sunday morning, he went to two stores before he found the type of main breaker needed for our house, but he found it and returned to complete our repair. Justin far, far exceeded our expectations in terms of both people skills and electrical knowledge. From what I see in the other reviews, I think the Phoenix Metro office of Mr. Electric must take great care in hiring its electricians. We would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others.
