Excellent Service - Robert Facio Excellent Technician 11/29/2016

We were having issues with several appliances and lighting in several locations in our home. Mr. Electric (technician Robert Facio) recommended that we also contact APS to ensure that our meter was working correctly and that service to our home was sound. As it turned out, APS was, at least, part of the problem. Mr. Facio repaired and replaced circuit breakers and found other issues that he addressed. Robert Facio was so thorough and left not one spot of mess behind. I have rarely had such quality service from such a reliable vendor. We will always call Mr. Electric for any future electrical work. Thanks to all employees and Mr. LaPointe for great service...and most high praise for Mr. Facio. more

Christina Torres was awesome!! 9/23/2016

Christina was very professional and friendly. I explained the various issues we had and she walked me thru the procedures and got to work right away. I recommended her and Mr. Electric to our sister facility up the street and will continue to recommend her and Mr. Electric to others. The customer service was superb! more

Technician Corey Hightower 8/11/2016

Corey Hightower is an awesome technician. I explained what problem as I was having. He walked me through everything he would need to do to evaluate my electrical problem, provided me with an estimate, accomplished the work in a very professional manner, and provided wonderful customer service. I would definitely use Mr. Electric again and will specifically request Corey to accomplish the work. more

Unreliable 5/19/2016

I had a 4 hour window (most companies give a 2 hour window) for an electrician to come to my house for a quote. They were supposed to come between 10am and 2 pm. No one. I called at 2 pm and was told that he would not be here soon. Could they not have called at 10am to say it would be after 1 perhaps? I wasted 4 hours of my day waiting at home. I will notify Home Depot to tell them how unreliable Mr. Electric of Phoenix is. more

Good job 4/27/2016

Mauricio Orozco came to fix a problem with a light switch which was sparking when turning the light off. This was the second time we have had hooyyahim here for another problem which we were completely satisfied with the job he did. more

Mauricio was great 4/19/2016

Mauricio provided a reasonable, free estimate of services for a fairly large project and completed the bulk of it the same day. When complications arose, he returned to my home early the next morning to resolve it. He was very considerate and responsive. more

Mauricio was very responsive, professional and courteous in providing me an itemized quote for my lengthy house inspection list. He and Facio then came and completed all items on the list in a friendly, professional, helpful, educational manner. We had Mauricio Orozco come to fix a major problem and he did an incredible job. 4/7/2016

Mauricio was summoned to our home via Mr. Electric/Home Depot. When he arrived he was able to find and fix a rather difficult problem. He was so courteous kind and worked quickly and thoroughly. We could not have been more pleased! more

Very satisfied 3/16/2016

Very positive experience today. Technician Mr. Mauricio Orozco came out, quoted us, and then replaced the seven smoke detectors throughout the house, fixing two that had never been wired correctly. He was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant and efficient. We will use Mr Electric again when needed. more

Very sharp, quick to solve problems 1/25/2016

Albert Rehm, was quick to find several problems we had. We a handy man spend two hours worth of work prior, to mess things up and still weren't fixed properly. Albert had to repair his mistakes. He did a super job and were very happy. AL V more
