It took a year for them to take care of a mold problem and when they finally did it required ripping all of the walls out. THEN a dead tree that they refused to take care of fell on my car. The property manager ordered staff to clean it up and dispose of the evidence before photos could be taken and REFUSED to give us their insurance company for three months. It took my insurance company and nearly litigation for them to take any responsibility and even when they did the insurance company revisited the complex and months later there were still many dead trees hovering over the parking lot that they were neglecting to cut down. The property is neglected, retaining walls are crumbing, and the hallways are gross and unkept. They have families living there with 9 or 10 children in a two or three bedroom and they do not care. Children play in the parking lots, throw balls and toys around the cars. The noise level is crazy and if people are playing music at 1am they tell you to call the police and will not deal with it. I lived here for seven years and it started off average and decent for the price and has decompensated to unsafe, neglected and hazardous. They also refuse to deal with the many people that walk their dogs off leash and are more worried about whether people pick up their dog crap because that is something that affects them and they don't want to have to pick it up. Bottom line....It's an unsafe dump with office staff that will interfere with an insurance investigation and engage in unethical practices to cover up their own incompetence.
