Review content:
It took almost 3 weeks to find out I couldn't get an appointment. The ""office manager"" doesn't actually work in the office at all. I heard the doctors (at least one of them) is good, but I will never know, due to the fact that you can't actually manage to schedule an appointment. The time it takes to return calls and the fact the office manager (who is the only person you ever actually get the opportunity to talk to) is very forgetful and takes a long time to return calls, allows me as a potential customer/client to believe that the office does not care about the well being of their patients. It should be obvious to this office if you have a person calling, that they are asking for help and waiting 3 weeks for absolutely nothing is a poor way to practice any kind of medicine. They should be more aware of how their practice is being represented and perceived by the people they are supposedly supposed to help.
Cons: Office is run by someone who takes forever to return calls.
