I'm a young diner, and definately wasn't there in the hay day of Maple Drive, but Paperfish doesn't compare. For the seafood eater.. It might have a great menu. I have yet to eat there yet, as I haven't been there since it closed as MD. I must say I am soured by the restaurant due to the Exec chef Yianni. He played second fiddle to a much more talented chef, Eric Klein and as an ex-MD employee ..his unprofessionalism with his staff wasn't something I'd support. \r
I do however agree that he is capable of creating a good menu. I did love Petros in Manhattan beach.. and that's definately something to be proud of
Pros: The food is probably great
Cons: the chef..not so much
