This was the WORST experience of my life!!!!!\r
I will absolutely NEVER work with them again.\r
Final product - so far so good.\r
Customer service - couldn't have been more catastrophic.\r
Punctuality and communication - non existent.\r

I should have seen the warning signs - the first day Bossy came out to see my property he did not even have a tape measure and had to use mine.\r

Situation: I was scheduled for Thursday installation, they never came and never called. I took off from work to be at the house - entire day wasted. Around noon on Thursday I phoned and they said they'd come around 2:00pm - never showed up. \r

I phoned again and was placed on the schedule for Friday at 8:00am, they arrived at 10:00am and left for lunch at 11:45am and NEVER returned.\r

When I called to complain, Bossy was insanely rude over the phone - letting me know that one of the installers was in the hospital from falling off a ladder. When I questioned this, Bossy said, ""Do you want me to play teacher and get a doctor's note to prove it to you?"" People get hurt and that is a terrible shame, however I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know that they would not be returning. Also, I was home the entire day (again took off work) and witnessed no such accident. I was also told that I was the first job of the day, so unless the installer fell durning lunch....I'm not sure what to believe.\r

I am currently still waiting for them to finish tomorrow - Saturday at 9:00am - we'll see if it happens.\r

This company should burn to the ground.
