I have been looking for some time for a vehicle. I typically buy off individuals instead of dealerships. I had some unpleasant experiences for weeks with the dealers. I came across Northgate Lincoln dealership in Colerain. From the moment I made the phone call thru the entire process I was pleasantly surprised. Ashley did an outstanding job of waiting on me to arrive, the vehicle was spotless, showed me how to go through all the codes, and stayed way past her typical working hours. The total transaction was very good. The several people I dealt with all had great attitudes and a smile on their face. I didn't have to ask for anything, they were more than fair. I didn't even ask, but they filled up the gas tank. Most places you'd have to beg for that. I highly recommend paying them a visit. You won't be disappointed.
