I went in to check out a new Ice Cream shop and it just so happens I got the manager to wait on me. The whole time it seemed to me he was disgusted to be waiting on me the whole time. I work in food service and I took this as an insult because I was giving him my NEW buisness and it was his to take. Well the product was ok and the service sucked so I said nothing, paid my $ and and walked out for good! All it would have took was a thank you or a smile. Oh well!
