Marble Slab Creamery is the best the only problem is the building. There is only a few places to sit and that's probably why the staff are sometimes grumpy on the hot summer days.Otherwise is the best! P.S. DELISH ice cream 5/28/2003

Flavor, cones, variety is the best. Once you've have an ice cream from MSC you'll never go elsewhere (except Cold Stone Creamery which is just as good). Not that I'm a big fan of Goodberry, but they should move over, competition and REAL icecream is finally in town. Pros: flavors, inexpensive, variety Cons: None more

The Marble Slab Creamery has two locations, and I've only been to the South Point location. Once. And never again! They refuse to honor the terms of their Entertainment coupon and when asked about this, the OWNER resorts to name calling. A customer NEVER deserves the treatment I received. If you're at South Point and want ice cream, there are better choices in the Food Court! Haagen-Dazs has better ice cream and much more courteous staff--and one would assume owners as well! more

OK product, Bad service 8/20/2002

I went in to check out a new Ice Cream shop and it just so happens I got the manager to wait on me. The whole time it seemed to me he was disgusted to be waiting on me the whole time. I work in food service and I took this as an insult because I was giving him my NEW buisness and it was his to take. Well the product was ok and the service sucked so I said nothing, paid my $ and and walked out for good! All it would have took was a thank you or a smile. Oh well! Absolutely Delicious! 8/8/2002

This ice-cream is heavenly! The cones are delicious as well. We thought that Goodberrys was the best (and still do love the Concretes over there) but I think this may actually be better. If nothing else, it's a tie. Pros: Wonderful Ice-Cream, Great cones more

NOT GOOD! 7/12/2002

This restaurant is not recommended. I ordered a simple cup of vanilla ice cream and the server behind the counter was trying to hassle me and get me to order strawberry also, I told him no and he persisted. Finally i ate ice cream, only OK but i never come back again. I also used bathroom and it was really messy and had wet floor (not from water). Very sickening. I will be going to other ice cream place around here from now on! more

Here, ice cream cones are still molded by hand with the help of waffle irons and each store makes its own ice cream fresh--no factory shipped boxes of pre-made ice cream.
