Review content:
we ordered Anderson windows custom made thru this company. hired someone to install them and two windows were broken. the installer called and gave them the numbers and ordered them since the break came in the shipping. (advanced delivered) we have been 5 long months without windows. as to this date, Advanced Woodworks is refusing to answer any phone calls, return any phone calls and when contacted by another phone, they hang up.. it isn't like i want two brand new windows,. just the part that is broken.. our experience is not a good one. will call Anderson headquarters and let them know that i have broken windows that need replaced. not sure what other recourse i have other than a law suit. that is most def. an option. don't want to make trouble but i would love to have what i paid for. there is a window unit that has only one screen while all the others have 2. can't find out where that screen is either... can't communicate if they refuse to talk...
