Stay away! I agree with the comments that these people are ""watch destroyers"". My boyfriend brought in a pocket watch for a simple battery change and it was returned to us with gouges and scratches, clearly from someone trying to open it. The man became immediately offensive saying, ""I didn't do it. It was like that when I got it!"" This was definitely not true. Not only had we never seen the scratches before, but both me and my boyfriend looked at the back of the watch immediately before we dropped it off. I know this because the woman behind the counter pointed out some engraving on the back as we handed it to her. Stay away from this place! I wish we had.
