I am so disappointed in this so called animal care center. I had an appt for my daughter's dog whom we adopted from Solano county kennel and when we got him home he started coughing I did research and believe he has kennel cough. I was scheduled to bring him to this place and they came highly recommended from the reviews as I saw on the website. Now mind you I was late by at least 10 minutes because it would've been our first visit and I couldn't find it right away. I rushed in the receptionist was on the phone did not acknowledge me so I was standing there looking stupid for another 10minutes or so, then this lady comes from the back asked if she can help me I explained the situation to her and she said let me check with the Dr she came back and said the Dr said sorry shes on her way out. I understand Dr's have lives to but, this wasn't just for a check up its for what I believe is kennel cough which can lead to pneumonia in dogs. So, I'm like whatever happened to customer service these days and I thought vets really cared about animals.. From a very disappointed animal lover
