Vacaville Animal Care Center

I am so disappointed in this so called animal care center. I had an appt for my daughter's dog whom we adopted from Solano county kennel and when we got him home he started coughing I did research and believe he has kennel cough. I was scheduled to bring him to this place and they came highly recommended from the reviews as I saw on the website. Now mind you I was late by at least 10 minutes because it would've been our first visit and I couldn't find it right away. I rushed in the receptionist was on the phone did not acknowledge me so I was standing there looking stupid for another 10minutes or so, then this lady comes from the back asked if she can help me I explained the situation to her and she said let me check with the Dr she came back and said the Dr said sorry shes on her way out. I understand Dr's have lives to but, this wasn't just for a check up its for what I believe is kennel cough which can lead to pneumonia in dogs. So, I'm like whatever happened to customer service these days and I thought vets really cared about animals.. From a very disappointed animal lover more

I have taken my dog, cat, and guinea pigs to the Animal Care Center and they all received great care. They have always been able to fit me in when I've had an emergency. I highly recommend them. more

ACC helped get our familys animals back to health, and did a great job making us feel better about the loss of an animal. Not the greatest place for late night emergencies, but good nonetheless. The vet's are very knowledgeable, and the building is very nice and inviting. Overall, a good place to bring your animals if they are in need of assistance. more
