Review content:
The company told me the person who recommended me would receive a dining card. It never happened. Skyline lied to me about that.
I had difficulties from day one. Difficult time getting someone out for an estimate. Upon installation was asked for a check that was more than that quoted me. That got worked out with a phone call and pulling up the quote on my computer. Door needed adjustment and could not get someone to adjust it. I was told once that they could not make it on the day planned - however, I was never informed anyone was to come on the day they planned. Good thing they couldn't make it. While attempting to get someone to come out to adjust the door, it locked and would not open at all. It was the only entrance into the back yard and shed. I could not even let my dog out, since the yard gates are locked from the inside, and I could not open the door to get outside to unlock them.
Even after all the trouble, I mentioned again that my reference had not received a dinning card promised. Well, she never did.
RESPONSE FROM Skyline Windows of Richmond:
We have just recently finished your job. We send out dining cards after the work has been done.
We are sorry about the trouble with your door, we still do not know why it started behaving in that mannor after we had already left or why your electrical system stopped working. We left everything in working order, and you inspected everything before you paid anything more than your $5 deposit.
