First, I have to say that the customer service was A+ from the get-go. When you first talk with Randy at Skyline, you know you are dealing with a guy you can trust to do the best job possible. Our old windows were ThermalGard windows, installed in the 1980's by a company in Richmond that no longer exists. Randy did his best to find us replacement ThermalGards, but apparently they don't really build them anymore. So, Randy came out and measured for some other, similarly constructed windows. He told me, then, what our approximate timetable would be for delivery and installation. In about three weeks, the two installers came out and put in our new, wonderful windows. They were very polite and capable. The installation went without a hitch. We LOVE our new windows, and wish, in retrospect, that we had been able to replace more of our windows with Skyline. Since we were trying to replace only the "worst" windows, for putting our house on the market, we chose to replace only three. I have already recommended Skyline to our real estate agent and will leave their card with the new owners of our home, so that they can replace more windows as desired. By the way, Skyline also has a very generous referral program.
