The only "sudden service" at the McMinnville Oregon store is when they want your money.\r

I took a tire from a friends car in because it went flat every 5 days or so. I was helping them out. I explained this to the person who finally spoke with me. They were busy so I had to wait 45 minutes. I was never told an approximate wait time.\r

When they finally finished I was handed a bill for $12.50 to fix the rim flat. I have purchased tires from Les Schwab for many years and never paid to have a flat fixed. I expressed this to them and the response was "this isn't a Schwab tire so we charge. Where did you buy the tire?" Hello! I told you I was getting this fixed for a freind, did you listen?\r

In to pay the bill and expressed the same situation and "Not a Schwab tire, where did you buy them?" They didn't listen either.\r

I understand they are in business to make money. Simply telling me that there was a charge before doing the work would have gone a long way. No more business from me to
