Beware!!! - Infinity Solar, Las Vegas, NV
Install - They have no experienced installers, some of my brand new solar system was installed with scrap materials and used parts, possibly left over from a previous old job removal. The pipes going up the wall are all wavy and crooked. The roof panels were leaking after 2 weeks. The thermostat wires were running through my landscaping. I say were because i had them properly buried in the ground with PVC plastic pipes by my landscape company.
Service - This is where the real problem is with this company. You need to call, call, call, call and call again... Rafael always says the same thing... Someone will be there tomorrow at 8 am. The same result the next day NO SHOW NO CALL. So you need to begin the process again- call, call call and call. My last call to Rafael, WATER IS COMING FROM MY ROOF! - he said " Turn of the pool equipment so no more water will leak off your roof" someone will be there at 8 am tomorrow. That was 2 days ago. I have been calling and he wont answer.
I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Shame on my pool guy for giving me his number:(
