I contacted this firm about installing solar for my owner/builder pool/spa. They came that day and completed the install the next day. Very professional with super work ethic, and very high quality materials. I will refer them to my neighbors who are about all putting in pools in our new development. more

Beware!!! - Infinity Solar, Las Vegas, NV Install - They have no experienced installers, some of my brand new solar system was installed with scrap materials and used parts, possibly left over from a previous old job removal. The pipes going up the wall are all wavy and crooked. The roof panels were leaking after 2 weeks. The thermostat wires were running through my landscaping. I say were because i had them properly buried in the ground with PVC plastic pipes by my landscape company. Service - This is where the real problem is with this company. You need to call, call, call, call and call again... Rafael always says the same thing... Someone will be there tomorrow at 8 am. The same result the next day NO SHOW NO CALL. So you need to begin the process again- call, call call and call. My last call to Rafael, WATER IS COMING FROM MY ROOF! - he said " Turn of the pool equipment so no more water will leak off your roof" someone will be there at 8 am tomorrow. That was 2 days ago. I have been calling and he wont answer. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Shame on my pool guy for giving me his number:( more

They were very professional. They did exactly what they said they would do and they did it on time. The system seems to be working correctly so far. more

I originally purchased a solar panel for my pool from a different company. I had some leaks in the solar panels, so I had the company out to take a look at them. They gave me a lot of problems. I had to pay upfront for them to come out before they would even take a look at the system. Then, I had to pay for the services. Finally I called the manufacturer, and they said they had been having lots of problems with that particular company and recommended that I call Infinity Solar which I did. They sent someone out who looked at the problems and were able to replace the panels for free, aside from a minimal charge to change them out. Since then, I have had a few small leaks, and any time I call they come out promptly and work with my schedule to do the repairs. To be honest I couldn't be happier with them. In the six or more years I've been using them I've never had a problem. more

Infinity Solar, Las Vegas is superb. They explained the job well before they started and they did exactly what they were supposed to do in the execution. They told me how to function the solar system once it was done and I really felt I got my money's worth with regards to the service and the product. more

As an interior designer I have used Infinity Solar Las Vegas both in my own home and for some of my client projects. My clients are always happy as well. I had them install solar in my house and pool. He also does weekly maintenance. Honestly, he cleaned up some of the small, stupid problems from the original pool builder. He made those issues go away. I like him. He does a good job. more

The system works great. Infinity Solar is very responsive with coming out to winterize and making sure that everything works and that I understand it all. I'm very pleased with them overall. more
