This place is horrible. Honestly. And I haven't even moved into the house yet! Our lease was supposed to start August 1, and they e-mail us TWO DAYS BEFORE the lease starts. We have been calling them (which they hardly ever call you back, and barely ever answer their phone in the first place) and have been trying to get things in order, since we never got ANY sort of information on what we are supposed to do on check in, and turns out there are forms we are supposed to fill out before we can get the keys. Well how are we supposed to fill out forms if we don't get them until the two days before when they send our the "Check-in Reminder." Not to mention that one person in the office will tell you one thing, and you talk to another and it's a completely different story. Absolutely frustrating. \r
