I bought a 1999 Mercedes from Veracom Ford at the end of Oct 2006. I traded in a car that was still being financed and it took Veracom almost a month and a half to pay off the trade in, I was stuck making 2 car payments and lost $150.00 in interest fees on my old loan because Veracom did not pay it off in the time (2 weeks)as promised. I called their finance manager several times and each time he would not answer the phone and I left not only voice mail, but a message with the receptionist as well. When I finally reached him he told me he never got the messages, to that I say he is a liar. I finally had to leave a voice message with the owner threatening to take him to court and report him to the district attorney, this finally got them moving.\r Now I have problems with the DMV because Veracom has failed to submit the paper work and fees on the car I purchased from them. I talked to their person that takes care of the DMV paperwork and she told me they had mistakenly not sent in the
