My boyfriend recently took me for a romantic dinner at the Polaris Restaurant on top of the Hyatt Regency Downtown. The food was very tasty but this review is more about the location and atmosphere because for me they were the highlight of the evening.\r

As you dine you are slowly turned to a 360 degree view of the downtown area. At night this is awesome with the well lit buildings and streets and clear night sky. The view was spectacular and it made for a very romantic evening all around.
