Had a Horrible Experience at Linos.. I called and spoke with someone twice and was told I could substitute coffee and get a soft drink once I get to the restaurant the waitress tells me no I cant substitute even tho I've been Told two previous times I can. Asked for the Manage and was told they were to busy to come see me because they were working a banquet downstairs. So i had to pay for my meal and received no drink.. Then the waitress was rude to us and brushed us along. Very Bad waitstaff. I even told the front hostess what had happened and told her it was wrong for them to tell me twice I could substitute my drink and they refused and she goes well thats to bad I just work here.. had a very bad experience. Food was decent but the waitstaff and workers were horrible and left very disatisfied.
