If not for the help Dr. Kratzer, Mary and Debra gave us in the beginning with breastfeeding, I would have had to give up. There ended up being a unique problem that nursing consultants from the hospital could not identify that Mary and Debra found right away. My five and a half month old is thriving and has never had any formula. If I had gone with another pediatrician my baby would have been formula fed for sure. The value of this help is priceless and will have an impact on my baby's health in numerous ways for his entire life. \r
I am very hard to please when it comes to Doctors. I scrutinize down to how the receptionist treats me. Everyone in the office (receptionist, assistants, practitioners and Dr.) are all patient, kind, helpful and competent.\r
I have been very impressed so far with my experience.\r
These people really care about young ones.\r
