Review content:
Too lazy to pull clever tricks. These clowns do not even bother to hide all of their scams. Profit and commissions are expected, but you do not have to be so dishonest. All cars at this poorly maintained dealership have Lojack, which is never quoted in their prices. The ""optional"" Lojack system is only $995 (street value $595). Of course, they can give you a good deal compared to others, if you factor in the Lojack cost. Another reviewer called them liars. Car salespersons are trained to squeeze every last dollar out of their targets, but most tricks are buried in lease and financing details. These clowns do not even try to hide it by pulling the ""options"" game from the very start. There is no Grace, just clumsy greed. The owners should have serious concerns about their reputation. Salespersons come and go, but this dealership's name is permanently stained. This Lojack game is pathetic. I am not trying to warn you to be careful. I am telling you to avoid Grace Honda completely. Warnings apply to most other car dealerships. Grace Honda thinks we are all stupid.
