I LOVE the one in Studio City but this one really pissed me off tonight. We had a party of 6, and instead of putting together available tables, they kept seating other ppl who had arrived after us until an area cleared.
Then, we had to ask for water no less than 4 times, spoons no less than 3, were delivered the wrong sushi, the wrong soda, etc.
Lastly, when a table spoon of rice was left on a plate (as the sushi had fallen apart), the waiter made me eat it before allowing me to reorder. And having eaten at the Studio City location for the past 8 years and NEVER being treated like that, I found the experience quite annoying.
Oh...and the waiter was a jerk as he knew he was charging an 18% gratuity regardless as we were a party of 6.
My advice, skip this one and go to the other. Good fish, and MUCH better service. MUCH.
