I have had the pleasure to work with LeKresha Cloud who was an absolute joy to work with. I found her to be very professional in her conduct, personable, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. Ms. Cloud was able to answer all the questions we had very thoroughly. I found her willing to go out of her way to accommodate our work schedule to conclude our business. We had a closer who was less than professional and multitasking while we were attempting to sign our paperwork and to her credit she spent additional time to recheck his work and found several mistakes. She is enthuisiastictic and makes sure all her "" i's are dotted and her t's are crossed."" We are very appreciative of the way she took care of us to make sure every little detail was in order and correct. Ms. Cloud is a valuable asset to First Option Mortage and I would be very pleased to work with her again should the opportunity should present itself again. She will keep your customers coming back!
