Review content:
I thought that I was making a good decison in picking a school to take the medical assisting course through. It was reasonably priced, and offered flexable class times. That was the only good thing about this school. Since I finished my class time in Aug., I have been put off, lied to, and avoided in regards to completing my externship. The places that I was told that I could go to do this, hadve all fallen through. There was even places that stated that they had never even spoke with the person at the school that had said he made the arrangments. It has been a fustrating and stressful experience. They have not honored their end of the commitment they say they make to their students. I am tryin g to resolve this still. \r
I am trying to get a refund because I no longer have the time nor energy in going back and forth with this facility. The also have 2 complaints against them with a reporting agency that displays public information. Now going onm their 3rd. You will be better off paying more money, having longer classes, and a longer course, but you will get better service. I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. Trust me, spend the money and get the service and education that you pay for. I wish I would have been more selective in my choice. This is just my experience with them, an d I'm sure that their are people who have had a great experience with them, but I am sure that there are other like me, who just figured that there was nothing they could do to get this resolved.
Pros: Class cost, and class times
Cons: School following though on their end of commitment.
