I have been going to West Hills Animal Hospital for the last 2 years. I needed to find a new vet that was closer to where I live. I was unsure about starting over with a new vet, but a 45 minute commute for a few minute appointment or medication refill was getting out of hand. I had heard about them by word of mouth and decided to give them a try. I had an appointment for a consult with my 2 dogs and they called and needed to change my time due to an emergency that would have kept me waiting. The fact that they called me was a great first impression. They were so kind from the get-go. I moved my appointment to the next day. When we showed up, they thanked my over and over for my understanding. I work in the medical field, and emergencies happen!!! I knew from that phone call, that if I was ever in that situation where my animals needed help, they would be a priority. They were great with both my dogs and gave them so much attention and love from the moment we walked in the do
