Do NOT GO to this place!!
Instead of Dr. Carter conducting surgery on my son, he had an incompetent intern do it which resulted in a botched wisdom tooth extraction. The in pain and suffering lasted for weeks. Contacting Dr. Carter during this time did not provide relief for my son. In addition, they added more $$$ to our bill and reported to the credit bureaus which has added insult to injury!! I paid upfront based on what they asked!
I have contacted Aetna to complain about this provider and recommend that they no longer keep Oral Surgical Institute in the Aetna system based on our experience.
