It was over twenty years between visits but we turned again to A-Plus over the summer when the drain pan in our twenty plus year old Lennox HVAC finally rusted through and started leaking. But with the same total care and service that we were treated to back in 1990 it will be difficult to share with you just how thrilled we were with the service we were provided this summer.\r

It started with the original service call when we first noticed the leak having developed. After doing all we could to trouble shoot the problem ourselves we turned to the professionals who made every attempt at diagnosing the exact problem as to just simply advising us to replace a unit who's time had certainly come. We were able to make an informed decision. \r

A day or so later when we met at the house with Greg, the company owner, we were amazed at his sense of detail from our installation so many years ago. Come to find out he had saved a file on us, twenty years earlier. Now that is attention to
