In my experience, this is one of the best insurance companies going. The staff is professional and courteous. Any and all questions are answered promptly. They return phone calls within an hour or two, except weekends. In an emergency on weekends or evenings, you call the local number and it automatically switches you to someone that can help you immediately. They offer all kinds of insurances, homeowners, life, car, all-terrain vehicles, motorcycle, etc. They offer multi-line discounts, if you insure more than one of the above items. They also offer financial planning and loans. Basically, a one-stop business.
PROS: 24 hour, 7 day a week service for life's emergencies.
