I took my dog to this place and is the one thing in my life I will regret forever. My dog was very ill and they could not help him where I live. My Dr called Dr Speciale who cant not make a desicion for the life of him or without the most expensive painfull treatments and I was told to drive to Fairport that they will be waiting to see him. I live a few hours away.My dog was given injections for the pain, he never threw up and he had a good trip, by the time we arrive I was half an hour early and his injection was wearing off. I was made to wait 45 minutes with my dog moaning,I had a horrible allergy attack because they place is filthy with cat hair, my dog pee on the floor and they mop it and put the mop right back into the cabinet without a bucket or nothing and a young girl was wiping the childrens area with a sponge with no water or cleaner. Very unsanitary.My dog was crying in pain and I asked them if they knew this was the out of town emergency, they said the dr had not read h
