I went to MANY different pet stores in Northern VA to find just the right puppy for my family. I can honestly say that by far the cleanest, best groomed pet store in the area is Petland in Fairfax. \r

No, really. I can't stress enough how CLEAN the store is.\r
\r
The habitats for all of their animals - puppies, guinea pigs, bunnies, birds, ferrets, even snakes - are VERY clean and well stocked with the essentials. All of their animals look very comfortable and all of their puppies are given a full health exam by a veterinarian before they are allowed to even be held by customers.\r

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable, especially the manager who took the time to help me select the right breed for my family (and steer me away from the breeds that would have not been a good fit, even though the Pomeranian that I was looking at was much more expensive that the Cavalier King Charles I ended up taking home).\r

Their puppy prices are VERY competitive compared to other pet stores
