I'm trusting my daughter and her car to Frank and Rich so that should say a lot. Each time we've been there, Frank's been terrific about accurately diagnosing a problem and recommending the best way to address it. For one issue, he recommended going to the dealer to have it fixed for free under the warranty. He gets back to us promptly, never overcharges and I feel confident with his repairs.
