I've had a 20+ year relationship with Pann Home Service and my experience has always been really good. They train technicians so that you get somebody who knows the stuff and is prepared to troubleshoot. The worker comes prepared, has the skills, and has the training.
I had about half of my home remodeled and they installed a radiant floor heating system. They actually convinced me to do that. At first I wasn't sold, but it's been wonderful. I replaced my furnace and it's been excellent.
I now have something that heats the water as needed instead of a tank water heater. It is efficient and doesn't need replacing.
Pann Home Services has people on call that can do anything you need. When you have a problem, it sometimes isn't an isolated problem so you may need technical skills and experience to come together from a variety of areas. It might be more than just plumbing, there may also be carpentry. They don't just come in with an idea, they cater to you.
This house was built around WWI and the pipes laid down at that time must have opened up. The sewage pipe was leaking. I think of it as a huge U pipe so we started to get back up. They had to dig up the basement cement and replace the whole pipe. I don't know if an ordinary plumber could do that. The way they ascertained what was needed was impressive. It's been perfect every since. I used to call the town and have them clear away the roots and I haven't had to call them since. Whatever the town's connection is hasn't been a problem since the work was done. It may have cured the problem. It took a headache away.
This is the kind of thing that they can do. They approach a problem with their many technicians and they find a solution. They also have very good customer service. I can't speak highly enough of Pann Home Services!
