I don't normally write alot of reviews but felt compelled after reading so many negative reviews from Kauffman Tire Smyrna. I have been going there for the last year and have had nothing but top notch mechanical and customer service!! One of the things I like best about Kauffman is that they call you withing 4 or 5 hours of dropping your vehicle off letting you know it is ready. Oftentimes in the past with other places, I end up calling AFTER the time the vehicle was promised and the service manager has to "go check" to get the status of my vehicle which is either sitting there ready to go (no notification from them) or still being worked on, which are equally frustrating. I have not had that experience with Kauffman since I have been going there and would highly recommend them.
