So simple flat tire fix they did in 7 hours from the point of dropping off (talk about a long wait) .. then I get in my car notice the seat is up, i use the automatic switch to o back it wont budge.... itll go forward but not to the back position... something happen in the shop instead of THE TIRE GUY trying to fix it before the customer saw it, they left it, didnt mention it one bit. I go in tell them they come out wiggle the seat look in the tracks cant figure it out with in 20 minutes they are back in side... So me and a buddy spent a hour in the parking lot taking apart my seat to fix something that happen THERE. \r
I go inside.. he hands me a card and says take it to a mechanic and call me if the mechanic finds anything ...\r
so i go back out and figure it out because 1) WHY SHOULD I PAY TO GET IT TOWED BECAUSE IT CANT BE DROVE BY A 3FT MIDGET WHEN IM 6'2! \r
2) WHY IS A CUSTOMER USING HIS TIME, AND MONEY TO FIX SOMETHING THAT HAPPEN IN YOUR SHOP\r
